Pictures In Forums?

Why is it that not all the sections of the forum have the ability to link a picture like the pictures section? It justs seems more reasonable to make it easy to post pictures in the same manner for all of the sections. Should I be more straight-forward? That seems kinda vague when I re-read it. Well ...whatever

I no what you mean, i tryed to load a picture up and it didn't have the browser, so couldn't be bothered.

Just get a photobucket account. They're free and it will host tons of pictures for you, then you can link them to any board you want.

Pictures eat up precious bandwidth, that's why we restrict being able to upload them directly to just a few select sections. In the sections that don't allow you upload directly, you can link to them via a photo hosting site (such as the mentioned Photobucket) using the IMG tags.

I understand, it just seems that it would be easier if there was a sort of uniformity about the way to post a picture, outside of photobucket that is. Just a suggestion. As for the bandwith, I see a lot of pics in the pics section that are only there because people are too lazy to go to photobucket. I really don't see it being abused if it were put in all the sections. maybe just try it for a while??? please
