its a 55 gallon.... the eel is actually a brackish water moray (gymnothorax tile). i've had him for about a year and a half and hes doing really well. full tank shots coming soon! i'm still planning on puttin one or two more fish in there, and i just finished installing an overflow system and sump tank

what do you usually have to feed an eel of that size?

I feed him and the Lion frozen krill, shrimp and silversides. Just thaw the food, feed them with tweezers. And its AWSOME to see him eat!

The pics look nice ,

but your tank is to small for the long term The lionfish can upwards of 15" and your tank is only 12" wide I'm not sure how fast lions grow, but for his long term health you'll need a larger tank
