Pico Upgrade...

Well, my smallest 4.8Gal pico has just made it out of Pico terratory and into nano terratory in a 9Gal 2ft tank

I aim to be fragging and cultivating lots of mushrooms in this tank..

Sweat Bunji. What urged the change? Have you moved everything over yet? It doesnt look like it in the picture. Is that a goby I spy in the back right hand silicon strip? Congrats on the bigger tank. Anything new going in or just the zoas

What urged the change was that the little tank I was previously using had no lip around the top, so the fish I had tried in it all jumped out. This tank has a 1.5cm lip all around so should hopefully stop any jumpers!

And yes, that is a yellow clown goby in the back left, I plan to get a few more of them im the tank once I am happy that they won't jump out!

Tank has 18W Interpet Tri-Plus bulb with reflector, Resun internal power filter filled with crushed coral & Maxi-Jet 400LH powerhead, and a deep sand bed of 2" or more.

If they are jumpers the lip usually won't stop them. You may have to add egg crate or a glass lid to keep them in.

Don't worry, I have plastic covers on aswell, but because on the previous tank the covers didnt cover the tank entirely, fish were jumping out between the gap in the cover and the tank. With this tank obviously this won't happen.
