Picking the right heater for a 29g

I am getting ready to go out and buy another tank. I am looking to buy a visi therm submersible heater but i do not know which size to buy. 100,200, or 300 watts? thanx for ur help.

The standard is 50W per 10G so a 150W or higher.

Of course, it also depends on your ambient room temperature... What temp do you normally set your room where the tank is occupied?
