Not naturally. Not if your water has equilibrated -- and it will have equilibrated within 12 hours or less.

So, if it has sat in the tank, it isn't going to naturally move anywhere. Water and what is almost always dissolved in it acts as a buffer -- the buffers will actually resist changes in pH.
