When we had the tank water tested, all levels were correct except the pH level it was 6 instead of the normal 7 - 7.5. Is this enough to start killing fish? We have lost 6 so far. Neon Tetras and a Platty to name but a few.

Although most fish have a preference to pH, most can adapt without any major problems. Neon Tetras would prefer the lower pH but livebearers such as platties prefer alkaline. What is the pH of your tap water? Is it different from your tank water? If so, you need to decide what is causing your pH to drop in the tank.
