I love my kitties I like dogs but I'm not one to give them the attention that they need. Cats are more independent and better indoor so I can be inside and pay attention to them.

My favourite pet was Monty my female tortoishell cat, my cousin now has her as I had to live in a pub and manage it. Only problem was no pets. I still see Monty these days and I wish I could have her back.

Ahh! Tuff decision. I love my dog AND my ferrets (in additon to my fish).

I was also surprised to see you had degus on the list! I used to have two of them. Lovely little critters. When they passed away I went to the pet store where I'd originally gotten them, and was informed they weren't legal to sell in Pennsylvania and that the store had gotten into trouble for having them there. Heh whoops. So needless to say, no more degu for me. (Incidentally, that's how I eventually wound up with ferrets instead.)

I love my cats, but so many people had voted for cat. So I said bunnies I have a New Zealand White. She's huge. She's bigger than my cats. And shes a right misery guts. She normally won't come out her hutch unless you feed her, then attacks you sometimes if you try to stroke her in her hutch without feeding her....
Oh, yeah. She's a real dool. But I love her
