Pets at home plant hitchhikers? Ghost shrimp baby photos anyone ?

Hi,

I purchased a wood with plant on and some moss balls from Pets at home out of the tanks. It isn’t my normal choice but I nipped in for some other bits and decided to give it . I do quarantine plants anyways but I have some hitchhikers already.

Definitely 1 baby snail will see what he grows up to be as currently brown but to small to identify.

The tanks the items came out of had lots of inverts as well as fish . Specifically armno , ghost shrimp, snails etc .

There’s a white/grey thing swimming on the water surface . It’s seems to have leg or something at the front and swim in a circular motion . It’s so small I can’t get a photo .
Anyone have any ideas … or any photos of new born shrimp ?

See if you can google search aquatic invertebrates and find a picture of what you're seeing.

Those look like baby neocaridina on the sponge filter. The other thing you may be seeing might be an amphipod. They're tiny but baby shrimp are tinier than adult freshwater amphipods.
