Oh hey Kiarra, long time no see! :D

Well thank you :)
No, he's not very noisy at all, quiet chirps mostly. His cagemate calls for him a lot though, and they get into early morning quarrels and have bursts of loud chatter, but they'll generally stop if you yell "shuttup birds!". They never seem to do this later in the day. I'm very proud of him though, he is learning to talk, which isn't all that common in parrotlets. He sounds like R2D2 if R2D2 were to try to form words :p

Awww...he saying any words clearly yet?

Always found it fascinating when birds talk. I have a trio of parakeets myself (started with two, ended up taking in one that someone had found in their backyard). Two of the three are still very young, and wouldn't be talking yet even if they'd been worked with the whole time they'd been alive. I'm hoping to teach them to talk, but, with there being three of them (suspecting that two are males and one is a female, but only one of the males is definitely male), I don't think they will. That doesn't, however, stop me from talking to them constantly. I do think, though, that one of them perfectly imitating hamster squeaks just might be a good sign.

He can say "He's a pretty bird" and I'm pretty sure I've heard him say his name. There are a couple of other phrases too, but I can't understand those, and he has about 3 different kissie noises he makes.
It'll be harder to teach the budgies to talk having three of them, but if you take them out and work with them one at a time it's possible. I had one who could say about 12 different things

Got confused for a while. I thought he was playing "Cop" with the tiny handcuffs, turns out it's some sort of a keychain (??).
 Yeah, old broken keychain he loves to play with

Ha, petri like from the land before time? Very nice looking bird btw.
Yeah, I think so, he was pre-named when I got him but I like the name and chose to keep it... I think of it like petri dish :D
