most pet shops sell endler guppies this one I really liked the colour and specially tail shape

Well, even though he's been found at a pet store, it's a tuxedo endler which is commercially known as black flame endler. But it's original name is tuxedo endler. I'm keeping those for years. They're still here.
In this hybrid strain the following ancestors has been used: black bar endler, moscow guppy and red chest endler. This strain already exist for over 15 years. But it's still a nice strain...

If you want to have offspring which are black as well, you'll need a female which is recessive or dominant for black as well. For the male does show black phenotypically but it carries the moscow gene recessively. When it comes to this specific strain, the females carry the dominant msocow gene.

Get some Rift Lake water conditioner and use it at half strength for livebearers.

Maybe someday. I'm not comfortable with chasing parameters yet and I still have plenty of other fish I want to keep.

Crushed coral (can be found as substrate for marine tanks) in a bag in the filter.

Crushed coral will provide the calcium but to increase GH you also need magnesium ions.

Problem with that is that whenever I do a water change (which is every week) that's going to cause a wild fluctuation in the water hardness.
