Hi, i have a peppered cory cat who keeps suddenly rolling onto his side as if he were scratching himself. he keeps doing this. I hadoen Peppered cory cat die on me, my othwer fish seem completl fine. They are 5 neos and 3 julii cats.

My ammonia is 0, nitrate 10, and nitite is 1 mp, i have done a 25% water change today and yesterday.

I treated the water with King british Safe guard.

Any thoughts appreciated.

flicking and rubbing is usually a sign of an infection or parasite. Could be white spot starting or a few other things. If you read the king british book it says what things to look for when fish flick or rub

Hi i checked the book it says it could be white spot, or velvet or slime disease, or water quality probelms. the water is fine. i cant see any white spots on him

i just dont know what to do! all the other breeds of fish seem fine

Corys don't get whitespot.
More prone to bacterial infections and with the rolling sounds like one, is he bloated, check the barbels of the cory to see if they have gone thin or shortened in lenghth.
You had a nitrite reading not good is that 01 or 1 on the chart.
