Hi I have around 10 various Cory's 2 peppered, The oldest and biggest peppered Cory over the last few weeks seems to have developed a white line along the base of its Dorsal fin , It looks pretty innocent and the other peppered cory and the other corys Pandas and Albino's seem unnaffected. My wife thinks maybe he is just going bald 
Has anyone come across anything like this, its not Ich it does not look like individual spots, Its not a cotton like fungus, The rest of the fin seems fine so i doubt fin rot and I have considered Velvet but it does not show on the rest of the body at all.
Tank conditions seem fine and there is no unusual behavior or eating habits observed. There was a Black Tetra that I had to remove due to being seriously bloated earlier this week but no other fish shows any illness at all.
Any help or experience would be appreciated. To begin with i have done around a 20% water change. Which is pretty much
