Pepper Cory Breeding

hi all
im hopeing to breed some pepper corys
i have 4 in a 2ft tank with a male and female BN
can i breed them in there?
should i get more corys?
is there any think special i can do to help them breed?

i bout another three corys today but ive ound out one isnt a peppered cory in not sure what it is will it be ok with my 6 pepper corys?

Your other cory will be fine with them.

If you can post a picture, perhaps we can help you identify it so you can get it some friends too.

ive worked out that the other cory is a panda cory
so will he be ok with my pepper corys for now?

Hi jmaster

Your little panda will probably be fine with the peppered corys, but I'm not so sure about the BN.

Pandas are delightful little corys, but they are much more delicate than the peppereds and most other easily found corys. They need a very clean tank and yours would definitely benefit from having more of his own species for company.
