Penguin Tetra Very Sheepish

Hi, have had my penguin tetras for just over a week but i have noticed that all of this evening that one has found a crevis in my bogwood and just sits far back into it and dont move at all

not even food will entise it out

is it ok or something wrong with it, please any advise

along with 5 gold barbs and 5 white mollies

i added a baby rainbow shark saturday
