pelvicachromis taeniatus?

Hello everyone, I bought this pair of fish yesterday. They are still young (I think about half of the adult size)
If I remember correctly they were labeled as pelvicachromis taeniatus.
And kribs are p. pulcher, right?
Are there differences in appearance? or behaviour? breeding? anything?

And am I right that the one on the left is female, and the other one male?

I would appreciate all the info you can give me
