what kind of peas can i give my betta?
canned, frozen? should they be cooked first?

i use frozen and do this:

boil water
put peas in water
boil for a minute or so, or until they're thawed
take peas out
de-shell htem
use teweezers to break them apart and feed

I use can peace they love it.....

I use frozen peas and then nuke the pea for about 15secs then peel and serve! They all eat down on the pea... including my swordtail... LOL
