Pearl Danio

My pearl Danio's nose has turned dark blue (almost black) it has done this before and it went away but now its came back darker and it wont go away it looks as though its almost like a scab this time. Does anyone know what could cause this and if there is anything i can do about it? i have checked my water levels and there all fine and my other fish are fine. Anyone???

Has he hurt himself on something in the tank, put some melafix in the tank, if that dosn't clear it you will need an anti internal bacteria med, good luck.
