Peacock Gudgeon (tateurndina Ocellicauda)

I've seen different recommendations, but what do you consider the minimum tank foot print for two female & one male Peacock gudgeon?

They only grow to about 3" so i wouldnt think they would need a massive space, from what ive heard as long as they have a cave they will be fine in anything above 10gal
