I know but this is what they are called overhere in Westerrn Europe.

Same thing by calling the Micropoecilia picta a swamp guppy but it's actually not a guppy.

I used to breed them consciously frequently in the past but nowadays I just let them be and let them do their thing if they want to. And they actually do breed by themselves from time to time.

They are cool and they are a very beautiful freshwater fish . I like them but have never seen one in the two shops in my little town . But I will tell you this - I see them and a few are going home with me .

Billings Montana USA is the hind end of the universe . All we get are Angelfish , Convict cichlids , plain guppies , red wag platys , swordtails , Veiltail Bettas and Blue Gouramis . Occasionally we will see Zebra Danios or White Clouds and once we even got Black Mollies .

Wow...! And that while black mollies, white clouds and zebra danios are considered being common aquarium fish. I guess, I should be glad living overhere where relevant stores are more nearby and have more diversity in fish that they offer.

@emeraldking This is a small town with two shops . I was being facetious but mostly all we ever get is the most very common aquarium fish . Once in a while something interesting will appear but you better be there that day or they will be gone . One shop here in town is doing better but still it’s mostly the common fish . This is a town of 150,000 people in the whole county so you can figure out why . There’s no money in it for them in this small a pond .

You should contact those stores that whenever something new comes in that they'll notify you. So, you won't miss out... Maybe that will work for you...
