Pea Puffer Help

I need help, this morning I did a water change, after water change my pea puffer started acting strange, staying in a corner not moving. I added prime with water change of 30%. I ensured the Temperature was close to same. She won’t eat. I did get a new heater but her behavior started after the water change. I told the pet store and they don’t know what is going on and advised not to change water again. Ideas???

Hi can you give us some more info please

What size is the tank and how long has it been set up? How long have you had the puffer?

Do you have any water test kits and if so can you give us your ammonia nitrite and nitrate readings?
