Past Post

is there any way i can view past posts as there is posts i cannot find any more or have
they been deleted can any moderators help me i am going spare

Click your name on the post above, it will have "Find members topics" and "Find members posts" options. Always the Search service of course.

If you are looking for your own posts and still can't find them, "and they were unlikely to have been deleted" post again. If they were dubious/spam/adverts/against the rules, well there probably gone!
