Parrot With Swollen Mouth

i have a blood parrot with a swollen mouth
i dont know what wrong with it, sometimes it looks like if its yawning to get something out of its throat

Treat quickly. Water changes and Maracyn or Maracyn 2. Water changes being the most important. I've had this problem before. As long as it's treated quickly he should recover with no problem.

Has it been liplocking with other fish?... keeping the water clean is important so it doesn't get infected.
