Parrots go through some color changes in their life and he may be between one of those. They are brownish as juveniles, then become whitish or pink and then eventually red. Sometimes they have multiple colors.... like yours.

Do a 75% water change and gravel clean the substrate each day for a week. Monitor the fish and if it gets worse, post more pictures and the results from your water tests.
