Paradise Gourami

I have a paradise gourami (male) and he has been doing great until the past couple of days. I have noticed that he has stopped eating and today while looking at him very closely I noticed under the belly, but towards the head, a bulge. I dont know if this has always been there but I notice it today and hope it's not a tumor. Any suggestions as to what it could be?

Tank size: 55 gallon
pH: 7.4
ammonia: 0
nitrite: 0
nitrate:
kH: 4
gH: 15
tank temp: 82 (cause I turned it up to try to help him)

Fish Symptoms : not eating, and a weird bulge

Volume and Frequency of water changes: 50% weekly changes

For now i would try a bacterial med, once they stop eating not good news, fingers crossed and good luck.
