Pandas Or Pygmys?

unfortunatly this week my bronze cory died, i dont think she coped very well when my tank went into a mini cycle which luckily is now perfect again and she stopped eating. this now means however i have space to get some new corys. i was originally going to get more bronze to keep her company but due to the mini cycle then her not being well i held back incase they became ill. now though i am a bit torn. I have seen some huge and gorgeous panda corys which are lovely and ive fell in love with, but i already have 4 peppered corys so didnt think i would have space for maybe more than 5, i have a 3ft by 1ft tank which holds approx 100l. i also saw some pygmy corys which looked nice, and even though i think i prefer the panda's for their colouring i was thinking i could probably fit in more pygmys which would make them happier.
how many pygmys could i fit in my tank? ive read that pygmys are very lively so i think they'll fit in with my peppered fine as they never sit still!

The amount of fish you could safely add would depend on the total bioload in your tank. What other fish are in there?

there is 4 peppered corys, 2 blue rams, there will eventually be 7-8 harlequin rasboras (currently only 3) and 3 mini guppys hope this helps

I wouldn't recommend putting any corys in a tank with cichlids, especially C. pandas or any of the miniature species. Both of these corys do get along well together though. If you want to keep them both, it would be a good arrangement.

thanx inchworm, the blue rams i have are of the most peaceful of the cichlids and they do not bother the corys. i was advised by a few people that they would be fine to keep with corys which so far they have been but i will bear your advice in mind
