No im not making a stocking out of Panda Cories.

Just wondering if they will be ok in a group of 5? And if you are wondering where, there is a reshuffle eminent in my tanks so they will be fine.

Reason being i finally found an aussie breeder. :hyper:

Pandas are very sensitive and do not do well in small tanks, including your 60 litre. You need a large volume of water, for stability to keep them. Dwarf gourmis are notoriously aggressive and pandas do not do well with stress. And I think your plec will outgrow that tank of yours very fast. Pandas only settle well in established tanks.

All the above is pretty much true, except I do keep pandas in a 20 US gallon tank just fine, although there is nothing else to bother them except a few orphan corys. To answer your main question, 5 pandas is a good number to keep together, they are very social and will never settle in to a tank without being in a group.
