Does any of the membership have any interest in Paludariums.
I have developed a taste for trying to attempt a small set-up incorporating some techie stuff etc.
I have no idea other than what fish I'll be having. But I do know I want to incorporate some small Dartfrogs into the equation.
Does anyone have any experience with climate control for such setups and if so can you please advise further.

Obviously the above image is something to aspire to.

I Love his Scapes, I would Suggest Speaking with Hydrophyte over on UKaps. He has done a few and is doing Ripariums now.

I did one a while back for a small shoal of fish and some frogs. I found some pics but this is prior to it being actually put to use. this was more of the mid point in my set-up. Imagine these with half water and more plants. and the "land side" built up more with sand.

It looked better when it was done, but the idea is there.

I would LOVE to set one up, unfortunately the current fishies have been keeping me very busy lately! I wish there was more on the net that I could look at! Espescially the mini-ones.

i have a 30 gallon tank that im setting up as a paludarium this summer/spring, and seeing as the snow is gone (this early?) i can start soon, i just need some interesting plants to start growing, plus i need to wait for moss to grow, ill be using that to hold the soil in place.

i have a spare 34l tank which i am thinking of setting up as a crab tank but have no idea where to start... theres a cool paladrium in the members pic section.. some guy has a dart frog in his.. looks really cool
