Ok so I decided having moved the Clown and Goby over to main tank that the lovely firefish from the LFS should come home with me. Good news is they are in the quarantine tank (MT50 nano) and they haven't hidden up or left each others side, fingers crossed they don't turn on each other. Photo not great I'm afraid.

Good lookin fish for sure. I was considering a pair of firefish as well so keep us updated.

According to a lot of peeps on here they are firstly very difficult and secondly very expensive to get as a pair.

I have been keeping my eye on these for 3 weeks and they were alone in a livestock tank and never left each others side whenever I was in there so for a mere £26 I have what appears to be a pair. Day two, both were hidden up together this morning and this afternoon on first feeding of the day they both came out and started eating together.

They look great!! :good: Always wanted a pair. Very nice! Nice one posting a photo! Makes the threads so much more interesting!! :fun:

Wow those fish are defo what I want next. theyre gorgeous.

Just seen your vidz on pootube. Your tank is awesome mate!.........I think we can rule out anything regarding lack of flow in the tank as every coral is getting well caught in the flow.

I hope my nano turns out as good as yours because if it does I will be well chuffed!..........Look at all that coraline on the lr. Amazing mate....well done!

Thanks mate :good:

Strange that firefish never really excited me until I saw these 2 as a pair, purples are nice too but judging by everyones comments they are not a cheap or easy find.

You need to find an excuse to visit us Southerners and take a visit to my LFS
