From my point of view, that stocking is quite bad..:
2 × angel fish - require a much bigger tank, although some people here may disagree with this
3 × zebra danios - schooling fish, need to keep 5-6+.. also I would personally want at least 3ft for them to have enough swimming space
2 × blue rams - ok
1 × kissing gourami - too large, grow up to 30cm, will be stunted in a tank what size
?2 × honey gourami - ok, if no more than one is male.. would probably benefit from another 2-3 females
?2 × dwarf gourami - ok, if no more than one male, do not add any more
1 × albino catfish - bristlenose pleco? ok; large tank buster pleco? not ok
1 × neon tetra - schooling fish, keep at least 5-6+
3 × unknown 'shark(ish)' looking fish - probably too big and too aggressive for you tank
1 x unknown algae eating fish - probably too big for your tank, unless it is a bristlenose or another small pleco
Because of the size of some of those fish, that is well overstocked. Personally, going from that, I would go for the following stocking:
* pair blue rams
* 10-15 neon tetras
* honey or dwarf gouramis (as above)
* 1 small pleco
..on top of that, I would consider adding 6 Otos. You already have 2 species known to be fragile..
