Overeating

Are bettas prone to eating until they literally explode? I just fed my fish half a cube of frozen brine shrimp, and Charlie (that greedy little bastard) got most of it. His belly is HUGE! I'm kinda worried...

i know most livebearers can but bettas im not sure, i just fed mine and it does seem they never get full. im not sure they would explode, they would eventually get full i guess but i dont think its healthy to feed them a whole lot.
