Our New Tank

Here is our new tank, we have spent about two weeks adding new things to it (After a months cycle). We are quite new to this, any comments or suggestions to improve would be great.
And also the tank is 49 inches width 14 depth and 11 height, if any aone could tell us how many UK gallons this holds would be really helpful.
