Okaaaaaaaaaaaaay

Hopefully, your cycle has completed by now but I would still invest in the API Master Test Kit and test the ammonia, nitrites and nitrates weekly.
I would also change your water change quantity. Most of us on here do 50-75% per week - as you've changed so little over a month you will need to introduce this gradually, I would start at the 20% mark weekly then 30%, 40%, 50% following weeks.

You'll also need to test your hardness - platys need hard water to flourish.

What other species do you have in the tank? Something is obviously up and as Colin has already mentioned, it might be getting picked on

You need to be able to test for ammonia, nitrites and nitrates especially, that's an essential part of fish keeping. the API master test kit is affordable and much more accurate than dip strips, and when something is wrong in a tank, accuracy is important.

Do an emergency water change as soon as you can, change 75% of the total water volume, making sure to use water conditioner and to temperature match the new water to the tank temperature.
