I'd believe it's real, never saw a foot like that (my kids were footling breach, standing straight up and down) but I saw plenty of hand outlines

i saw plenty of elbow/knees/hands/feet with my three but never in enough detail to work out what part it was. that photo is amazing

I have a friend whose waters went at 27 weeks and without the cusion of the amniotic fluid she had a clear outline of her baby and body parts especially when laying with her back slightly arched. it really freaked her hubby out

btw she gave birth a week later and the little lad is now nine months old and doing well

I've never heard or seen anything remotely close to that BUT that's not to say I guess it couldn't happen
