Ottos...best Conditions?

im planning on getting a 40 litre tank, and i as wondering, what are the best conitions i can provide for ottocinclus catfish? ive heard somewhere they live in fast flowing streams and would appreciate the flow, but i just wanted some opinions?

I have a family of about 5-6 (never can tell in my planted tank as I have lost some and added some) that do well in a tank without too much water flow. the temp is around 82F. The only trouble I have ever had is getting them acclimated to the tank. Sorry I could not be of more help, but usually planetcatfish.com is a good informative site.
