Otto acting werid

hi i bought two ottos friday, today meaning sunday, one is pretty lazy than the other, notice he doesn't move around much and just lays about on the plants. It looks like he can't stick to the glass but was ok friday and saturday night.

I did my usual water change on saturday as i usually do, does he need abit more time to adjust to his new surroundings.

Tank details in my signature, they are in the fluval 600 deep tank. Should i be feeding them algae tablets as well as them eating the algae thats already on there???

What are your water params including temp.? Otos have been known to be fragile the first few weeks. Feeding them might be a good idea - just in case.

Also what was the ph of the lfs to your tank, bottom feeders need excellent water quality.
