How common are Otocinclus affinis (Midget Catfish, Midget Sucker Catfish, Golden Otocinclus, Dwarf Otocinclus)?

Very common. If you're thinking of buying them, they're very easy to get hold of. If your LFS don't stock them, then ask if they could order some in.
