Oto Getting Stuck?

I just got some Oto's and I noticed that one of them was stuck to the intake for my filter. He was stuck in it by his back and I had to manually remove him. Is this normal that they get stuck to the filter or is he just weak from the stress of changing tanks?

I've had an oto do this. There was nothing wrong with him before he got stuck in it. Does your intake have a cover? I ended up closing mine to keep the oto's out and as they wouldn't stay away from it. How is the oto?

The oto is still doing good. I do not have a cover for my intake but will probably get one or making one. I did have one last night that was stuck and died.
