Oscars on Ebay

I've just seen an ad on Ebay for a pair of 12" oscars in a 3 ft tank!

The guy doesn't say anything about them having out-grown their current tank - he just wants shot of them. What really worries me is that a buyer might think if he got them in a 3' tank, they'd be fine in a 3' tank.

This also technically breaks Ebays non-livestock code, but they tend to turn a blind-eye to it if the tank is included. If I had a 6' tank, I'd be tempted to rescue them myself, but I haven't

Sadly, you can't exactly post it and my house is nowhere near big enough. Not to mention the tiny matter of a filter, hood, lights...
