Good morning I have 2 Oscar on looks sick? It may be bc they are fighting . Had to rehire them in a small tank till I got the big one fixed. I don’t know if it’s a sickness or just from fighting can someone help? They both have small dots on the head but has been there a while don’t think hole in head but not sure. Thank you for any advice

Hi and welcome to the forum 
The white stuff on the body is excess mucous produced by the fish to protect it from something in the water, or to cover damaged tissue on its body.
Check the water for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH.
Do a 75% water change and gravel clean the substrate every day for a week.
Make sure any new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it's added to the tank.
Monitor the fish and see how they go. If it gets worse, post more pictures.
If they were fighting in the bi tank, are they in separate tanks now?
