What is the best treatment for fungus? Malachite green?

Malachite green is a very strong medecine, and I would bet it would do the best job. Just be careful with the doses and only use it if necessary. Nothing stresses fish out more than being treated with medications that they dont even need.

one of my mollies had fin rot and i used fungus clear by jungle, and it worked great.

can also use melafix and primafix in conjunction with each other. salt will also help out some with the fungus, but more importantly with the gill function.
