So I recently ordered live plants from the internet. This was a big deal for me, I've never order anything live online. Anyway I split my order across two different companies. This wasn't even that recent. The thing that's prompted me to make a post about it is the customer service from one of the two has been so brilliant it's single handedly changed my approach to buying live products online, whilst I don't have any current purchases planned I'm certainly open to using it as an option in future. Even now I continue to get advice emails from them, it's not necessarily all relevant but its a nice and appreciated touch. Don't know what the rules are about mentioning a company by name so I'll hold back on that but its definitely a company I'd happily recommend.
The other company was a shambolic experience, however I did eventually get what I paid for so I wouldn't feel the need to slate them by name.
