One very quick question about CO2 kit

i bought a nutrafin natural plat system. It tells me to add white table sugar. The kit comes with Activator and stabilizer, Am i suppost to use regualar sugar from my house. or is ther a special kind u gotta buy

ok thanks, ALso i have a air pump in the tank should i remove it when i put in the CO2 kit?

Yep, remove it. It will remove any extra co2 you add.
