one of my tetras is going crazy

He swims up and down in a loop at the far end of the tank. The water is OK, the rest of the fish are fine, He had ich about a month ago, but it has not reappeared. Is he just a crazy fish?

they are just crazy fish,
I started my tank with 6 penguin tetras and they mill about for a bit then go nuts!!!! They chase each other 'up stream' in the filter jet, then just relax and roll about as they get flushed towards the other side of the tank, then do it all over again for about 30 mins. AND when i turn off the light they do 'flik flaks' for a minute or so then go back to a tight shoal for the night? I've got more fish now and they seem to take it in turns to play in the jet stream.

One of my YoYo Loaches does loop-the-loops in one area of the tank quite a bit. He swims up and over a short plant, then down and back around by the front. Over, and Over, and Over......my son and I watched him do this for a good 20 minutes one day. He's been dubbed "Loopy".
