one of my silver dollars has got a realy white eye

recently purchased whole aquarium plus fishes, plus all the water that was already in the tank and brought the whole lot back home. have special tanks in my van which are used for my business and contain nothing but pure water and were emptied when i transported the water from the original aquarium to house this water. noticed that one eye of my little silver dollar fish looks all white and bulged the other is fine. there are four other similar fishes in tank as well as a mixture of others. please help my little silver dollar fish, what is wrong with him. for info the tank has a ph level of 6.5, as i live in scotland water is fairly soft, no new fishes, no new rocks etc. just the trauma of a five hour journey from nottingham to glasgow.

If the eye is bulging it is popeye, and if it looks cloudy that's cloudy eye, can you post test results in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph, for the popeye you will need anti internal bacteria med.

thanks man, will do tests and post all info tomorrow, i think his little eye is cloudy which would suggest cloudy eye as other one is ok, although he seems quite lethargic and unwiling to eat.
