one of my fish is dying help

one of my fish is dying (Silver dollar), hes not swiming and is upsidedown and looks like other fish have had a go at him missing scales on side, so ive seporated him into a little section of the mian tank is there anything ic an do to help him or is it too late for him

what fish are in with him and what are the perimeters of the tank

in with chiclids mainly a couple of red zebras and 2 yellow elecs, bout 29 gallon tank, but i have notice one of the red zebras is starting to become a problem chases fish around heaps

thats ok i just put some stuff in the water that turns it blue supposed to kill any fungal disiese and bateral desiese, just incase he had something that could contaimate the others

sounds like maybe a swim bladder problem if he was swimmig upside down?
