One of my fish is bullying the other

One of my fish is bullying the other, there was a group that used to all hang out together.... but nto one of the group is bullying a smaller fish and he has become withdrawn and hides in discreet areas of the tank...

What can I do?

Have a sit down and a stern talk with the bullies. That usually does the trick.
