One Of My Fish Had Babies, But Who?

This morning I whoke up to a little clear fish, with dark eyes, darting around near the plants I have in my 10 gallon tank. I have 4 platties (1 male 3 femail) 2 mollies (1 male 1 female) and some neons. None of the female fish looked pregnant AT ALL. Now I wake upto some babie fishies this morning. I put in a plastic floater, and captured about 5 babies, and put them in there so they dont get gobbled back. I witnessed 1 get gobbled just while trying to catch the remaining ones =( They somewhat resemble a platty. All my plattys are orange, and I have the 2 dalmation mollys. I guess I have to wait to find out what kind they are. I'm surprised and confused as to who the mom is. Just thought I would share.

thats a coincidence about a week ago i woke up to 2 platy babys, (others had been eaten ) so i but them in ym net breeder and there still in there eating..they are a bright orange

Lol ok she dug up an old post, no harm in it, although its a little perculiar.

Going to take a stab in the dark and say 1996 makes her 13/14 if its her age in her username. We all learn at some point, right people? She joined today and obviously is a little over keen on getting her post count up

I think the way this forum works means it's very easy to dig up old posts. At the bottom of every post you read, there are a list of others with similar titles. Some of them are way old and I often click on them as they sound interesting and I never look at the date.
Sometimes, it's a relevant discussion which can be continued, although in this case, I agree it's a bit pointless!
