I was thinking of adding one angel to my 125 lire tank, with tetras and Harlequin Rasboras, the one fish I'm a bit worried about is my one male fat lipped gourami,as he does not like tetras near his territory and does chase them out, but doesn't seem all that serious, would he be okay with one Angel in there.

No way to know for sure - also when the angel is an adult it will be tempted to eat the rasboras and perhaps the tetra depending on their species (small ones like ember for sure but larger ones might be ok).

Angelfish are shoaling species, if you observe how they behave in the wild. We should replicate their natural expectations, and that means keeping them in shoals and with enough space to allow them shoaling and territory space. Imo, angels are best kept in a 5 foot tank to enable them to have both space and shoal, so I definitely would not recommend one in this setup. Not enough space for a shoal of them and too many other incompatible tankmates

I have domestic angels in a 10 foot aquarium and i can assure you that is not large enough to keep them from fighting.... unfortunately i don't have the space for a 20 foot aquarium to comment if that helps. Wild atrums might behave differently - as natural form allow them to signal a bit better but i'm not sure that is the issue.

I suppose the ones I would be worried about would be the smallest, which would be my Green Neon Tetras.

125l is approx 30g, I used to have a tank that size and wouldn't have put an angel in knowing how big they get, I don't think it would be fair.

They would 100% eat the green neon tetra IF they can catch them; mine hide under a leaf all day (i don't have angels with them).

Mine hunted small / medium Cardinal Tetras, with a passion… I got some jumbos later, and they were fine, but the neon color, and smaller size drove my angel nuts
