I havent moved the live rock in my tank for a while like a month ans today i was rearranging and felt something hard and soft at the same time so i looked and its a yellow sponge im so excited, now i need to know how to take care of it does anyone have any advice

Leave it be is probably your best bet. Dont remove it form water, and place it back where it was. Some prefer dark spots with no light, so if it was underneath the rock, it wont do well if you turn the rock up. If it is growing, and wasnt there when you got the LR, then just keep doing things the way you have been! :)

Thanx it was actually under a peice of rock in the sand its weird how u take your eyes off of something for a second and then there something else there. LOL. The funny thing about it is that i was going to order a sponge off the net.

Now should i feed it?? Its probably getting a lot of food because i dont have a protein skimmer

About the only thing you could feed it would be phytoplankton or cyclopeeze, and if you do choose to feed either of these foods to your nano, do so SPARINGLY cause if not they'll play massive games with your nitrate/phosphate
