ahhh i bought 20 feeder guppys but my puffers wount eat them SO THEIR BREEDING AHHHHH im scared i will be over run with guppys will the little fish to small enough to be eating should i take out the guppys?

The puffers will polish off the fry but why are you feeding them feeder fish. Feeder fish are general in poor condition and can actually be bad for them. Ideally you want to be feeding your puffers on snails (essential) then other foods like bloodworm, brine shrimp, cockles, prawns etc (most of these can be obtained frozen. Sometimes as a treat I feed mine live bloodworm or earthworms (make sure that the worms are clean and no fertilisers have been used on the earth in that area).

First thing to do is put the feeder guppies in another tanlk or take them back to the store. while they may be a good excuse for your puffer to excersize a GSP is not a piscavor and eats mainly invrtibrates in the wild and those guppies will only add to your problems with your uncycled tank. Read the beginers section artical and you should consider takeing the gamble on one of those cycle aids. that or you could take the GSP's to another tank thats already been cycled and house them there while the feeder guppies do your cycle.
